David Cho CRM
The David Cho CRM iOS app.
A private staff application for attorneys and paralegals at David Cho Immigration Law. Manage leads, cases, appointments, and client communications on the go — securely connected to the firm’s federal immigration practice.
Capabilities
Everything you need to run the practice from a phone.
Real-time pipeline overview
KPI tiles for new leads, scheduled consults, cases in progress, and average response time. Pipeline funnel and recent activity feed across the entire firm.
Kanban-style lead tracking
Swipe to advance lead stage (New → Contacted → Consult Scheduled → Retained). Search, filter by source/language/country-of-origin, and add activity notes inline.
Active case management
Track filing dates, next deadlines, expected USCIS decisions, and case-specific next-action notes. Tag by practice area: family, employment, citizenship, removal defense.
Appointment calendar
View upcoming consultations on a native iOS calendar, with one-tap detail. Quick-create a new appointment from any screen.
Secure document access
View documents the firm has uploaded to a client matter — tagged by category and indexed by filing date. Secure HTTPS transport from the firm CRM.
Communication history
Read every outbound email the CRM has logged for each contact. Confirmations, follow-ups, and template-driven messages, all in one timeline.

Security model
- All data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS / TLS 1.3.
- The app connects only to
davidcho-crm.pplx.app— no third-party servers, no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs. - Session cookies use the
__Host-prefix with the HTTPOnly and Secure flags, stored locally on the device using iOS’s standard storage. - No client documents are stored on the device. Documents are streamed for viewing and discarded when the app closes.
- The firm administrator can revoke a staff member’s account access at any time; on the next API call the device will be logged out automatically.
Privacy
The David Cho CRM iOS app collects only the staff user’s email address, name, and assigned user ID — used solely to sign in and display the user’s identity inside the app. The app does not access location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts, calendar, motion, health, or biometric data. The app does not track users across other apps and websites.
